Giving a discount to an order

1. In the left-hand side menu, click "Shop" > "Manage Orders".

2. Create a new order or choose a draft order from the list and click "Actions" > "Update".

Note: You can't give a discount to finalized orders.

3. Add product(s) to an order and click on unit price. Select the discount type (amount or percentage), enter the discount, discount reason, and click "Save".

4. You can also give a discount to the whole order. Click on "Discount" in the lower right-hand corner, select the discount type (amount or percentage), enter the discount, discount reason, and click "Save".
