Returning items from an order

1. In the left-hand side menu, click "Shop" > "Manage Orders".

2. Choose an order from the list and click "Actions" > "Return".

Note: You can return items only from orders which are finalized and unfulfilled. You cannot return items from orders which are fulfilled.
