After you've created a payment plan and finalized the contract, for every monthly installment you can add a comment in which you'll explain why the installment is overdue. You can select the follow-up date and the medium used in conversation (e.g. telephone, email, etc.). You can add an unlimited number of comments, and this way you can track the communication history for every installment which is very useful.
1. In the left-hand side menu, click "Finance" > "Manage Contracts". Choose a contract from the list and click "Actions" > "Payment Plan".
2. For every installment, you can add a comment by clicking on icon.
