Regenerate Invitation code function is usually used when a user has created a new SchoolMind ID and wants to "connect" his account to the newly created SchoolMind ID.
Once you regenerate the Invitation Code, access to the user's old account will be revoked, and the user will receive a new Invitation Code to the provided email address in his profile. Then, the user needs to enter the new Invitation Code to his SchoolMind ID and he can access his SchoolMind account again.
To regenerate the Invitation Code for an employee, do the following:
1. In the left-hand side menu, click "Employee" > "Manage Employees".
2. Choose an employee from the list and click "View".
3. At the bottom of the page, click "Regenerate Invitation Code" and click "Yes".
To regenerate the Invitation Code for a student, do the following:
1. In the left-hand side menu, click "Student" > "Manage Students".
2. Choose a student from the list and click "View".
3. At the bottom of the page, click "Manage Invitation" > "Regenerate Invitation Code" and click "Yes".
To regenerate the Invitation Code for a parent, do the following:
1. In the left-hand side menu, click "Student" > "Manage Students".
2. Choose a student from the list and click "View".
3. At the bottom of the page, under the "Parent Information" section click on "Regenerate Invitation Code" icon. The parent receives a new invitation code on the provided email address.
