1. In the left-hand side menu, click "Institution" > "Manage Classes".
2. Choose a class from the list and click "Actions" > "Manage Timetables".
3. In the top right-hand side corner, click "Add New". Enter the timetable name and set start and end date.
4. Click "Actions" > "Manage Items". Add subjects to the timetable by clicking "Add New" button in the top right-hand corner, or you can click "+" icon on every field individually and add subjects that way.
Note: You can add multiple subjects to be in the same period.
E.g. If half of the students are attending German language lessons, and the other half is attending French language lessons, you can add German language and French language to be in the same period.
